At check-in, guests must show an identification document with photo (credit card or passport) and will be asked to sign the short-term rental contract and the Regulations.
You will need to notify the property in advance of your arrival time.
The conditions relating to cancellation and prepayment vary according to the type of apartment. Check the conditions of the apartment before selecting it.
A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required upon arrival. You will have to pay for it in cash. You should receive your refund upon checkout. The deposit will be refunded in full in cash after a check of the condition of the accommodation.
Children of all ages are welcome.
Children aged 4 years or older are considered equal to adults at this property.

Supplements are not included in the total amount and must be paid separately during the stay.
It is not possible to add extra beds at this property.
